Need to change your booking? No worries, as long as it's more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Within that 48-hour window, we'll still try to accommodate changes, but it will depend on availability.

For cancellations, you'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour. Within the 48-hour window, we may offer a credit for future use, but unfortunately, no-shows forfeit their booking entirely.

When it comes to weather, we're pretty hardy – a bit of light rain won't stop us! However, if WE cancel due to genuinely unsafe conditions, you'll receive either a full refund or a complimentary rebooking. Our team keeps a close eye on the forecast and will contact you if there are any concerns.

Running late? Give us a call! While we ask everyone to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time for check-in and briefing, we understand that traffic on the Gold Coast can be unpredictable.
